Placed order May 9th, called them may16 to ask why my order was still saying processing. Get email that my order status changed. Called again as was using tablet and there was NO explanation showing when I logged in. Once again only got answer machine. I see after I used a laptop to login they cancelled my order with NO explanation given. i am still waiting for money to show up in my account. I would not recommend this business at all
have better internet communication and return calls...
I ordered a 7.5x4.3mm clasp from them only to receive a 5x3mm clasp. Received eleven days later. Worst experience ever. Don’t shop here.
