I would not recommend this place for any rehab. The nurses are rude, and allow a brain injury patient to fall out of bed to cause more injuries. The nurses do not check on their patients but sit and stay on their cell phones. If you call to check on updates, they are always busy, and will hang up on you. If you leave messages to call back, they never do. If you want real rehab this is not the place to send them
My fiance came to this facility with a brain injury, and for him to get his trach removed. so far he has fallen out of bed once, and this last time was at the nurses desk and fell and hit the floor again. The night shift nurse told me, it happened on day shift, and didnt happen on "her shift." Pretty sure nursing is a 24 hour job. Being a nurse knowing hes on blood thinners, this could be detrimental.
