It's unfortunate that you have people like Greta Schmid working for you. I would expect someone working at your hospital to have a little more empathy and compassion. I would hate for her to treat patients incorrectly or her to ignore their cries for her help but she doesn't give them her best because she has racism or bias in her heart.

Select Specialty Hospital Jackson really did a wonderful job. All the staff helped me a great deal.
Everyone here was very nice . We were seen almost immediately. The nurse did a thorough assessment followed by the Dr. explaining his treatment plan. We were given clear instructions including when and where to be at the hospital, what would be done, and expected outcome. Very happy with Dr. Hindman and entire office staff.
The respiratory staff was awesome !! Bridgette and Dewun were wonderful rehab specialists!! I can truly say a lot of the employees made me feel like family !! I had some great nurses and nursing assistants !! I am truly thankful and blessed for all they have done for me the last 2 months !! I will truly miss them !!
I'm got better at Select with my rehab staff. My nurses were good for day and night shift.
I am progressing so much with the physical therapy at this facility.
