The technicians were amazing! Super Profesional and nice!
We had an excellent experience. The staff was amazing! They were very helpful in helping us understand the sleep study and what all would take place.
Yesterday was my first visit to this facility. My son had an appointment at the CAY clinic. My fist impression was that this facility was very clean in contrast to other facilities in the area. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and kind. We are only beginning our journey here, and after our appointment yesterday I left feeling I was getting the help I needed for my son, and it felt great for a change. Thank you for the warm welcome. :-)
The staff are all nice and helpful. Emily Brumfield is just a great, courteous and caring doctor.
My son spent 4 weeks at this so called hospital and it was horrible from day 1!! Almost every nurse we encountered was there just for a paycheck. No patient caring at all. As a matter of face we are speaking to an attorney and the MHD now. Things were discussed about his medical care with someone after they were asked not to and even set up a password to get information. So, you are ever advised to go to this facility, please don't!!
