Be aware of what is going on and dont let your Vigilance down on your loved one. The caregivers were good but some along with nurses still need more training. Example what I mean, before you leave a patient room room step back and look everything over, that may stop a disaster from happening. This lack of being untrained caused my love one to fall out of bed and fracture 12 vertebrae and the left and right pelvis. Find a doctor that's not so full of himself that he can correctly complete a death certificate. I was told by my lawyer to contact an ombudsman.

Select should not be in business. Care was poor at best. Had a few good techs. But there would be one tech for the whole floor. Under staffed was a big problem and on the weekend it was worse. Had to clean my moms bed staff brought me gloves. She was given wrong meds or given meds that had fell into the bed several hours earlier . Talked to the ceo of the tulsa facility several times. And basically got we are working on it and cant we all get along. If you have a choice of places to go STAY AWAY from select.
I’m an employee and I love working here and trying to make patients lives a little easier! Great administration and staff!
