I am a patient currently at Canton Select and it's been very helpful and the staff has been extremely nice to me especially Raven! PT has been very good to me too! Every staff member has been so nice to me. And the food is good!
Their billing practice is questionable. They have not returned my excess payments from last year.
My father was at the West Orange location (Kessler Rehab, Inpatient). He started showing signs of stroking so we asked the nurses for help. They called the doctor; she didn't come. We kept asking and she didn't come for 7 hours (Dr. Radhika Bapineedu). This could have been avoided if she had just come when we called. So sad...but then I find out this is not the first time something like this has happened at Select Medical Hospitals. Can improve by actually providing the services they espouse.
We had a wonderful experience at Select Medical in Greensboro, NC. Words cannot express how blessed we were to have chosen the services of Select Medical. Staff were caring and professional, and my husband went from a poor prognosis to a rehab facility in 2 short weeks. He suffered serious head injuries when being struck by a drunken driver while riding his bicycle. The staff were so kind to my husband and also my family.
