My father died after less than two weeks in this hospital. His last day alive his complaints were belittled or outright ignored. When he started going downhill fast, nobody called me. As a matter of fact, I was not notified until over two hours after he died. Staff claimed they tried to call me but had incorrect number. Funny, they got it right two hours after he died. Regency Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio: Should fire CEO, Case Mgr and Admissions Coordinator for ineptitude. Please do your patients a favor and resign on Monday. You might be qualified (barely) to work at McDonalds. Wish there was a zero-star rating. You stink.
DON'T GO HERE!!! They charge your visits at "outpatient" instead of office visits, which is what a physical therapy office visit is. If your insurance makes you pay your deductible on outpatient procedures you will be responsible for all of the costs. Go to any other physical therapist office, they will bill it properly as an office visit.
