It is rare that I would leave a review for any entity but when your mom goes in for a simple peg tube relocation and ends up in the morgue, that is a place needs to be shut down. The lack of care and dismissive attitudes towards her, beginning with the physicians of Center for Advanced Gastroenterology to the staff and physicians at this hospital is sickening and angering. It's a great place for what iv seen and notice so I would tell people to come here
For the most part, my mom received very good care HOWEVER, I did have a paid full-time caregiver with her from 9am - 9pm. My biggest issue was with the couple of nurses who acted like they were the doctor and would decline pain and anxiety medication for my mom who was suffering from ovarian cancer and had a mental illness. When brought to the house supervisor, it was never resolved in a timely manner. I also had a care plan meeting that was scheduled and ended up lasting 3 hours due to their poor process for these meetings.... read more
