Good luck getting ANYONE to answer the phone there. They are ALWAYS changing shifts, they NEVER answer the phones or pages, they hang up over and over and over. We started calling at 6:45 p.m. on a Thursday evening and at 7:40 the security guard walked back to ensure that they were all still alive. They "claim" to be in a patient's room - but I have seen the nurses sitting in the halls with their little portable workstations doing paperwork. My brother Paul Lambrides, Jr was in the ICU facility for 2 weeks. He received very good care while there. The nurses and respiratory therapists were very good. The doctors aren't fantastic at communicating but they seem to be getting the job done. He's now been moved to a regular room so I hope they continue to pay attention to him and his healing continues. In ICU, the ratio is 1 nurse to 3 patients.
