I highly recommend that family’s who have their loved ones here to stay vigilant, visit often, keep logs of everything, and stay on high alert. You don’t need anyone’s permission to remove your loved one if you feel they are not getting the best care.

Inadequate care for my mother in law. Refused to give pain meds to her (which were previously prescribed) despite my wife requesting it, transferred from ORMC on Christmas Eve, wife went to visit her Christmas Day, she had not been fed breakfast or lunch. Bottom line, she went in after surgery for a severely broken leg, and ended up dead. My wife is reviewing the medical records and we will consider action. This hospital is amazing, the staff it’s very friendly and helpful. The food it’s amazing and they make you feel just as home.
When you walk into the ICU you will first notice how filthy the floors are - it's as though they haven't been washed in weeks. The place seems abandoned, there are no staff members to be seen anywhere, and the rooms are disgusting. A lot of the "nurses" seem cold and withdrawn, they do the bare minimum if that, and have no sense of urgency when caring for their patients.
