Good guys they seem fair
Very bad experience. They sold me a with a bad engine, 3 after I bought the car from the check engine light came on, I brought the to the Mercedes benz of Wilmington Jason, who was my advisor told too many codes come on that the car needs a new engine. Right now as a blue tech engine it sounds very bad so I have to bring the car back to Selden Motors so they can look at it to see what is going on with the engine. Worst experience ever.
I received a prompt email reply and later telephone call to my inquiry. Chris was very professional and helpful. Even though I missed this opportunity, I will seriously consider Selden Motors in the future.
My e-mail expressing interest in a rare 2004 Audi S4 Avant, was responded to by Scott (S). I also called in from Houston, TX and had all my questions resolved by Scott. I am getting all the requirements together and will follow through on my next vehicle.
Great guys with quality cars. They replied to my email, I came in to check out a 2012 Audi A6. Scott gave me the keys, told me to check it out and let him know if I wanted to take it out for a spin. Drove it, left a deposit, picked the car up 5 days later. Friendly, easy approaching, no pressure. Answered all questions prior to sale - Good transaction. I would have given 5 stars if my vehicle came with 2 keys
Chris Murphy was very pleasant and easy to work with, as well as their support staff who sometimes accompanied us on test drives. We didn't get to a transaction for other reasons, but the initial experience was positive.
