Scot was very helpful, response was prompt and courteous.
The salesman promptly contacted me. He invited me to come to the dealership and view the car.
Not very satisfied. Seemed like they didn't want to do business with me after taking my downpayment and approving my loan. Gave me the runaround and didn't even clean the car upon pickup and my service engine light and check engine light have both popped on in less than a week and less than 500 miles. Will never do business with them again or recommend them to anybody I know

I asked specific questions however all the dealer did was write to my email asking for me to talk on the phone. None of my questions were answered.
It was horrible. They told me nothing, although I asked a few questions. I knew that there would be some work on the truck, although they did not indicate that. The engine was held together by 2 bolts. Every fluid in the engine had a leak. They retreaded the tires but never balanced. the iron rods were in horrible shape and completely unsafe. No keys for the doors or gas cap. The locks on the doors themselves fell out because they were not attached. They poorly painted over enameled paint and is already falling / chipping of... read more
