Sent my wife here for an anniversary gift and at some point during the session or shortly after, the necklace that her parents gave her as a graduation present was stolen. We called them a half hour later after she realized it was missing and were basically told that the room had already been cleaned and there was nothing else they could do. After a very relaxing and pampering facial l, I went to pay with a $150 gift card given to me by family a few years ago. The card had no expiration date and the accompanying paperwork mentioned nothing about a date of expiration either. However, my gift card was denied, having expired NINE DAYS ago. The staff was new and so had no other options than to charge me for the facial. They did not offer to contact management until after I had paid, and seemed lost as to how they could do anything else. I highly recommend getting a massage with Eula! I have left both times with her more than satisfied and feeling amazing!! By far the best massage therapist I have ever had! 👍
Nice setting. Nice staff. In town for UAA graduation. My sister and I both had shellac manicures. Unfortunately, my sister had a bad experience with blotchy color, and I had one nail that wasn't good. We discovered after we left. I had to fly home, but they offered my sis a redo. Hopefully, better the second time.
