Have gone multiple occasions keep hoping for a better experience. I love the environment which is clean and peaceful, but have had the worst service. Between a pedi where only the top half my toenails were painted, having to do my own touch up on my eyebrows, and taking my daughter to get her hair done in ringlets with a curling iron for birthday photos but they just got her hair wet and added product making it frizzy and only slightly wavy I have finally given up on them. This place should be voted "most unfriendly business in the valley". Seriously... I bought a 300 dollar gift card from a bunch of frowny face sociopaths. ALLURE is a friendlier environment and that place is a "stuck up" haven. Anyway, stay classy Selah... I live in the valley and know lots of people and I'll make sure to tell them all about the rude treatment!
