Adam and Heather are amazing coaches who are absolutely dedicated to making their members better and have created a wonderfully supportive and positive environment to work out in. Every member in the gym is enthusiastic about working out and share in the triumphs of other members as well themselves. While working out, you can always hear members and coaches cheering you on. I highly recommend Seismic Crossfit to anyone looking to find a challenging yet fun gym to workout in.
The owners Adam and Heather are very friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try Crossfit.
