Originally rated as a 1-star based on an frustrating service-related issue but after talking with Blake and getting support from their team I have to commend them for the straightforward approach to that request. Can honestly say most companies wouldn't show the type of concern and support they responded with. Big kudos to how they worked with us to resolve the frustration and standing behind their work!
Installed new duct work and unit. Hard working installers. Found a couple of things left in the house and a couple of un professional wiring and remnants of the old duct work left hanging in the basement that should have/ could have been removed.
Seider did an outstanding job installing A/C in our 90 year old home. The staff was knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. We received a few estimates, and Seider had the most practical approach to the instal at a fair rate. The overall job was swiftly completed, but not without attention to detail and mindful of our historic home and keeping the integrity of its charm. Seider will be the first company that I reach out to for any future installs, repairs and maintenance. Highly recommended and locally grown!
I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the installation of our new water heater was. Our technician Marc was extremely efficient, polite and professional.
I think the owners are cowards and crooks!!! Don't waste your time or money, call anyone else!

To date, we don’t have you in our system as a customer so it’s unfortunate that you find us to be crooks when we haven’t been given the opportunity to provide you with service. When equipment is outside of the labor warranty, we do charge for a standard diagnostic check. Parts are typically covered under a warranty for up to 10 years from installation, but without coming out to inspect your system, we were unable to recommend any part repairs. My parents aren't exactly Facebook users but I would definitely recommend Seidel for any hearing and cooking needs! They've ALWAYS taken great care of my folks!
Will not use them again, came out 45 minutes early from appointment I was not home yet from work, I don't know what was done handed my teenager an invoice for $94 and said everything is fine. I am so frustrated with them. Called and service manager was not very friendly either.
