We recently had them out to replace our sump pump. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I highly recommend them!
Poor customer service. Contacted asked if they could come provided assistance to my client and if they handled commercial projects. Receptionist, "Yes we do! let me talk to Mike Walters and see when we can schedule something." - on hold - off hold - Receptionist, "Sorry we aren't going top be able to help you with this." - Um, why not? "They didn't say." - Do they not want to work? Get the project and earn money?? Every time they were able to figure out the problem and provide me with all the important information needed, laying out all the options in an easy to understand way. Had my first experience with Seider this week and I was very impressed. From the first phone call to the installation, they provided a seamless and professional process for our new furnace. They installed it the next day, the furnace works great, and you would never even know they were there! Will definitely reccomend to friends/family.
