My air was not working and called Seider. They tested everything and said it was working but it might be a TVX problem. I have a 2015 Trane air conditioner. You can’t order just the piece you have to purchase the whole coil. I have been a satisfied customer of Seider for years! Just this week my furnace was not working and my house was freezing. I called and someone was at my house within hours. The problem was diagnosed and the problem explained to me. A temporary fix was made because additional parts were needed. Within 48 hours the situation was resolved. Our A/C unit stopped working over the summer and the Seider team was able to make an appointment for the next day. The tech was very nice and fixed the issue right way. Would highly recommend their services.
Addition - After Making this post, the Owner did reach out to me and apologized for the actions of some of the other employees, refunded more then half of the money, and came and fixed the electrical to that which was originally agreed to. We had a plumbing emergency and they were amazing. Jason was here, fixed the problem and did an additional task with expertise and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!!!
Sieder was able to come same day, very nice technician showing me exactly what he was doing, made pleasant conversation, troubleshooted efficiently, knew his trade inside and out, he even left me a few extra wire caps to finish the rest of my outlets with. Very reasonably priced, too! They are now my go-to!
Used Seider for furnace replacement and air conditioner installation. Highly recommend for their integrity, knowledge and service.
Keep the appointment that was made. We had an appointment window of 8AM - noon so my husband took the morning off. The tech got held up at the job before ours and we were told (at about 1120AM) the he wouldn't be at our house until 130 or 145. Having enough techs to handle the workload and any possible delays would be a good idea. We won't reschedule.
