Just not the best service experience with this dealership. Long story short, We feel that there we were jerked around about the repair of our vehicle. The repairs were major, and I must say due to poor maint. on my part, but the time line for repairs wasn't communicated honestly to us. Sales people were always fine, but I can no longer trust their service because of this incident.

Have only bought from Seidel over the last 20+ years, and will only buy from them for the next 20!!! Best sales, service and maintenance around. They will treat you like family.
On Saturday July 7, I realized I had a screw in my one tire, I called Seidel and they got me in immediately. The man at the service desk overheard me that I had to be at work by 400. They went out of their way to get me out of there as quick as possible. I ended up actually being 5 minutes early. Thank you so much to the guys in service for another job well done. They always go above and beyond and it is appreciated.
Great place to do business. Will buy there again.
