Very poor experience trying to buy a car. Long story short, I was told a price then after showing some interest was told a different price (1000.00 more) . I was told this is very common practice. Jerome seidel "sales manager" told me they can and do change prices all the time (even tho I had a verbal agreement). He also told me these are his cars and he can sell them at any price he wants. When my friend came to buy her SUV, they offered $3500 LESS than what they told her they would a couple of days before. This is a predatory dealership. Avoid at all costs!!!!

People are really nice there , I waited for my car and they kept me informed of what was going on!!
I don't typically do this however our experience was just awful. Katie at the service desk has no idea what she is doing. Coming from Ephrata she wasted so much of my time and money on gas. Everytime I spoke to her she changed the story. First she was going to order parts, then the car sat untouched because she didn't order them. Randy the service manager was nice but made no effort to fix the situation, he just made excuses for all the mistakes.
