I have bought my last two Hyundai’s at Seidel. They always recommend the best cars based on your budget. I always get great customer service when I bring my car in for service.
If your car is not a Hyundai stay away. They don't honor coupons, but say they do, and charge you more when you pick up your car then they tell you over the phone. I will not being going back.
I experienced wonderful customer service by all employees there! Tyler was fantastic and helped me get into the vehicle I needed with great help from the finance department. Thank you! I will be sending friends and family to you when they are in the market for a new vehicle.

They will sell you a lemon of a car, do work on the car, and then claim they are not liable for the faulty vehicle or the work done IN THEIR FACILITY. This dealership also does not provide loaner vehicle services or actual support to their clientele beyond the sarcastic rhetoric and frequent pushing blame around, even with essential nurse and clinic workers who do not have time to, frankly, deal with their nonsense. This dealership has been nothing but a disappointment to me. I first came here a few months ago when I started my search for a new car. I believe the salesman’s name was Chris. I was planning to finance the car with my husband but first wanted to see cars and work numbers before bringing my husband down because I handle all the financials of our household. Kathy was my sales person & she is AMAZING! I had such a great experience. She got me in a 2020 Hyundai Tucson and honestly I never owned a brand spankin’ new car in my life. The paperwork was seamless, everything went pretty fast, then she explained all the car features & showed me all the new buttons. I’d 100% recommend Seidel! Everyone who works there is nice & takes the time to explain things. Thank you SO MUCH! THEE BEST experience I’ve had in my life buying a car!!!!!
