Segelman Shaw Roofing was exceptional in their customer service. I requested new gutter which they installed last minute without issue. Simon was very accommodating and easy to work with, and so was the crew. They worked quickly and everything looks great. I would absolutely choose this company to work with again in the future. Simon from Segelman Shaw Roofing was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The roof replacement was started and completed in a timely manner. The roofing crew was very careful about protecting the surrounding area. They were always available to answer questions and kept me informed about the progress of the job. Also, they did a good job of cleanup upon completion of the job.

Simon and his team did a great job on my recent roof repair. We had a persistent leak near our chimney. Simon came down to have a look, gave me a detailed report of the issue, and scheduled the work according to my convenience. Great work, friendly and accommodating. Simon will be my first call the next time I need roof work.

I gave them a call and David came out on two separate occasions to give me a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Once the project was underway the crew were on point. These guys did great work on my roof and siding. Great price, great service, and I am definitely a happy customer. Thumbs up!

Simon is a nice guy, very organized. He was here every day for checking on the progress while managing another project about 3 blocks away. They installed the roof of my parents' house 2 years ago. Both projects came out wonderful.
