Very polite and nice people, coffee was great too.
This place is an example of when reviews are a real conundrum. Maybe I'm in an area where coffee is just not a big deal. Based on the reviews I came. I saw that their drip coffee was sitting in one of those thermos jugs which is never very impressive to me for a coffee place. So I ask is this coffee fresh because when it's been sitting around it tastes terrible and I'm not paying $3.50 for a cup of bad coffee. She says I don't know. I say could you ask. My poetry workgroup has met there weekly for months. Inside it's bustling and noisy, but it provides multiple areas of outside seating. A basic coffee is quite good and good value. My friends remark that the specialty coffees and teas and baked goods are excellent. The staff are friendly. I'm told the Expresso with cream soda, which might or might not be on menu, is unmissable. Ask about it.
Amazing as usual. Staff seems to be hard-working. Interactive. They make sure that your drink and your food is exactly as ordered or they do it over again. I really love the vibe of this place. The outdoor space is well done. Can't wait to visit again.
