Very good eye doctor, and what a friendly and competent staff! I have a difficult prescription to fill, but they did it, did it well, and got me into glasses that really look great! They are not cheap, but are worth every penny I paid for the excellent care and terrific glasses.
Not only are the people who work here rude and snooty, but they rip you off every chance they get. I had to ask several times if they were applying my insurance and they said they were. Only when they printed an itemized receipt and I pointed it out to them for a fifth time did they apply it, and it was still a ridiculous amount of money. If this had been the first time this happened I wouldn't feel the need to post this but this is the third visit with them that this has happened. For the second time now I have waited an extremely long time to see the doctor. On my first visit there was some sort of an emergency so even though I was in the room for an hour I understood. This time I made a super early appointment and have been waiting for the doc for twenty minutes!!! What a waste of my life right now.
I have a complicated prescription and my old doctor told me there wasn't anything else that could be done to correct my vision. Then, thanks to my friend Amanda L. for referring me to See Life Family Vision Center. Doctor Mearsha told me that he could help me with my vision struggles. I have my new glasses and I can see better than I have in many years. Thank you and your staff is great too. :-)
