I've been living in my complex for going on 3 years now. Before this company took over everything was great. We now can't seem to keep any type of management in the front office, the phones and emails go unanswered, it takes forever to get anything done by maintenance. They are very on organized and unprofessional. There are many delays and issues with the apartments to take forever to be addressed, and they won't even set an appointment to discuss us renewing our lease.
This new management is a joke. Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. My AC stopped working. office wont answer the phone or door. Filed a maintenance request and it was ignored. I saw the office lady leaving and I asked if she can help. She said "I am off the clock, call tomorrow'! How can you all employ such horrible people. Maintenance is a joke. This Property company SUCKS! They do not fix any of your problems instead they just get your phone number for a call back and NEVER call back. I'm to the point of breaking my lease. They have people in the Champions Park Apartment office that can barely speak English. The new girl in the front doesn't listen very well either and has a smart mouth. My apartment was lot better before these guys took over. We were out of water during the storm for 2 weeks and it was never easy to reach these guys. They would not even pick up the call or provide any update over email or text. Also my lease was expiring soon so I had been talking to them to get the new renewal rates so that I can give my notice or extend the lease on time. This company acquired my complex and it was evident very quickly that this acquisition would not be a good change for residents. I've gone to the office several times during regular hours to see a closed sign on the door. When you call no one answers. Due to the snow storm we have been without water for a week. I can understand that due to the severity of the issue it will take time to fix but it took them 2 days to even communicate about the issue as if we hadn't already noticed the lack of water. living here for 6months I would have to say I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone,reasons for that is there website has false advertising of pictures and amenities that the complex looks nothing like and the amenities are all broken,we moved in believing we had a gated community that was a lie the gate was broken until 6months later they fix it,all the fencing around complex has openings in it that anyone comes through,the property managers are very rude,sarcastic,compulsive liars about anything of your concerns or iss... read more
Great Property I love this property complex. I have lived here for almost 10 years and have no plans of moving anytime soon. The management and office staff are so nice and professional and welcoming. The grounds are kept up and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to work orders. I would recommend living here.
Rude staff and Broke down apartments I've have to replace more items than I wanted to do to the negligence I have experienced in these apartments . I've had a flood that destroyed everything in my apartment to now a leaking sink from faucet and pipes destroyed my curling irons, straighteners, hot combs and tissue. they never once offer to cover the expenses that i had to pay out of pocket to replace.
