I have tried contacting the Property management company 3x now with no response. I am at Gateway on 4th in my second unit filled with mold. I am awaiting a response on how this will be fixed. All of my appliances are so old, they only work when they choose. I noticed all the light fixtures in my unit were very dim, after purchasing brighter bulbs, there was mold all over my wood furniture. It unfortunate that I have to write this review, since I have been more than patient and understanding but that has gotten me no where.
I would absolutely love to give Champions Park Drive apartments in Houston, Texas a rating that goes below 0 at this point. There has been issues on top of issues since management changed to Vidalta but whatever I let it go, things happen which I understand.In my mind I'm thinking they are going to get it together, just relax. If I could give this no stars I would. These apartments are horrible. I've been living here for 6 years now. Never had a roach or anything. Now for the last couple of months we have had rats and roaches. I reach out to management and she never got back with me until 1 week later. The rats disappeared and then they came back the next month. I reached out to management and no response. I will be taking this further and I'm moving out. Management at Irving, TX sucks. Maintenance comes and does not fix the problems with the apartments. If you want to move do it as last resource.
