Horrible property management. My property manager Lysandta Cisneros at the Enclave in Dallas has no people skills, she’s never available, she bullies people through emails, and waits till the last minute to post rent, and deactivates payment options online for residents without giving notice. She also said my rent would go up on 3/18/22 when my lease isn’t up until 5/21/22. I will never want to live anywhere managed by Vidalta. These apartments have roaches and management is very unfriendly and money hungry.
Stay Away! I had a friend who lived here, and her only negative comment was that they will take forever or cancel work orders. This is true, but since it’s cheap I didn’t mind. The people in the office were awful, and I felt like I was being told something different about my renting info every time I went into the office. There is so much crime here though. I have lived at the Sedona Park apartments for almost 10 years. Since Vidalta took over I have had numerous issues. First issue is that no one will answer the phone when I try to call to speak to someone. I have left messages and they are never returned. Work orders are closed without repairs being made. I had issues with roaches, which we are charged a monthly pest fee for, but I had to go out and buy my own products to finally get rid of them. Really bad management, being over charged like $200 more in rent. I've been living here since Oct. 15, 2018. Since been living here I've always complied with whatever was required of my lease. I was signed lease renewals on time as notified. Recently it has been some confusion since this management took over back in November of 2021. I was told to sign my lease renewal by Nov 24, 2021 and I went to do so I was told by the new management which is Vidalta Property Management that had to have it signed by Nov 15, 2021 . Horrible place to live They have roaches, the apartment was not clean upon arrival, never answered phone calls, manager laughs at your problems, front desk never puts in your maintenance orders, and they never notify you when they come into your apartment. Please save tour money, time, and sanity. Do your research.
This service is poor. On 10/08/21 I reported that stove oven wasn't working. There was an issue with worker who harassing me and assaulted my believe of faith on the day he went to see the problem. I reportedly it to the office and they took care of it but since then they forgot I guess to fix my oven but I called many times and left voice mails. They never reach back. I am one of the miserable resident living in this complex. Very poor management, trying to get hold of someone who can really help but nobody is here i think. I am not sure why the office is scared to give me phone no of somebody who can really help.
