I live there now and ive never seen any type of bugs or noisey people. Its very quiet and theres no sketchy people walking around. Stores and restaurants in walking distance
in my experience my building had one apartment that had crackheads constantly coming in and out. cops were here at least once a week and there was a roach problem. it’s frustrating to pay as much rent as i do but be surrounded by drug addicts and have a roach issue..while the rent is cheaper here than other places, i would just look elsewhere. the only positive experience i had here were the maintenance people. very nice and respectful.
Live here now have to pay 1600$ to break my lease don’t get my deposit back, my apartment got broken into the first month I moved in office didn’t seem to care much, management is rude. Completely unprofessional Maggie was the apartment manager at first she was super nice & very professional. Then came a new one, who is very rude. I leased a one bed/one bath apartment for 2 years and everything seemed to be going well. Jon is an awesome maintenance man and always resolved any of my issues in a timely manner. There were some issues I know other tenants had with mold but I just looked passed it so just beware of that. It wasn’t until my lease came to an end when things went a little south.
