Did not bill the insurance. Instead overcharged my wife and then billed me another $350. When I confronted them, they lied. They also lied to the insurance company when they called multiple times. I ended up having to send in the claim myself and I still need a refund for what they overcharged. Seemed to do fine with what he did. The cleaning seemed fine but I sadly have to worry if there was even a cavity because this office has proved to be completely untrustworthy.
