Natasha did an outstanding work managing and coordinating the deferred maintenance project of which this painting was the last step. DJ did above and beyond work in painting my living room and bedroom as well as this last work in my kitchenette area.
The request was a rather small deal. The smoke detector beeped to show the battery was low. ON a cold rather late Sunday night, Iosias got the maintenance to come very quickly and the detector battery was replaced so the unusual BRAVOS and the front desk crew who always go beyond.
Jackie was very helpful in resolving the problem. After I submitted the online request regarding the light, she followed up promptly via email and assured me that the problem would be addressed, once the electrical contractor and workers were back on the premises. She followed up after the work was completed to be sure the light was fixed. Thank you!!
Kitchen light was not working after electrical heavy-up work was completed. I submitted the request on Friday evening after I realized the light was no longer working and the light was promptly fixed on Monday. Jackie was very helpful in resolving the problem.
