Terrible facility. never anyone in the office, you can’t get anyone to answer the phone and when they do finally call back staff has a terrible attitude. Gated storage yet they never have the gates closed and the first couple months they didn’t even have a gate due to someone crashing into it. If I could give this public storage a negative star review I would because every other location I’ve used has never treated me with the utter disrespect this one has.
Cory went above and beyond for us when we rented a unit with her. She was so sweet and patient she made the process so easy and I feel my stuff is safe here with her as the manager. Thanks again Cory!

I just recently needed a storage unit Google brought me to public storage at 3760 E. Pikes Peak Ave. The young lady working here was very nice and made sure I understood everything clearly. Thank you Cory
