Almost paid for the unit online then decided to check it out first. Nobody is there on move in day. The facility is open but it’s closed.
I wanted to say I had excellent customer service from Tina this morning. She was prompt and willing to help without hesitation. Very friendly and engaging in casual conversation while looking up the unit I needed. Keep up the great customer service.
Highly recommend. Been yet for a few months. They have good prices, excellent customer service, units are secure, and its extremely convenient being able to open the gate with my phone.
Cleanest facility I've ever rented from. Staff had my key and paperwork waiting for me in the unit. Quiet area and easy to get to.
