I am here at this storage building before 9 PM on the stated hours and there was a lady here but says she Can’t help me because she’s not on the clock, but yet the office is supposed to be open. Customer service is not what you would think being a big company just all around no good anything

Although I am not a huge fan of Public Storage, the company (I was charged for one of my units that I moved out of because I used my gate code on the 1st of the month), I absolutely stay there and continue to rent units there because of Julia. She is awesome! She told me that even though I had vacated one of my units, since I used my key code that morning the system would charge me for the month.
