Do not put yiu belongings in here if you are struggling financially. Ask a friend who actualky cares about uou and wants to help. Public storage will take everything you had and sell it in an auction and still expect you to pay over $500 to collections even though they made a profit off your belongings. They will put a hefty lien on your things and send it to collections and force you to pay it even though they made their money back and then some. They’re a scam unless you’re well off and able to afford their rising prices.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!. I Waited for over 2 hours for someone to show up and they never did. Do NOT go to this facility they are irresponsible and have horrible staffing who don't want to work. F-

I am here at this storage building before 9 PM on the stated hours and there was a lady here but says she Can’t help me because she’s not on the clock, but yet the office is supposed to be open. Customer service is not what you would think being a big company just all around no good anything
