Very friendly service, very affordable, clean, safe area and great place to store your stuff
Been trying to get a refund because I was charged for an additional month after I already moved all my things out of the unit. I've been told on 3 separate occasions the refund was in progress but no refund issued. They sent me another bill for the following month because they "forgot" to move me out of the unit in system. Don't trust these people
Very kind and professional, joaquin and gina are a tremendous tag team duo. Bringing alot of positivity and friendly vibes. They have only been here for 4 months and already killing it! Keep up the great work guys!!
Gina & Joaquin are fabulous - friendly and attentive - you genuinely feel taken care of as a customer. Check in was efficient and relaxed. I was promptly notified of an issue i had with my improper securing of my unit. Gina was so accessible and kind in helping w this situation. The staff is a living embodiment of the way this business is conducted. They provide a great service at a reasonable cost with rates clearly stipulated. This facility is a standout if you value high quality storage
The property manager Joaquin was very friendly and got me a great deal on a storage unit. No hidden fees or charges. Everything is straight to the point. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs!
