I contacted this dealer with regard to a vehicle I saw in their inventory. I asked if the price displayed was "the price" and the rep said it was. I then tried to give them a deposit via credit card and was informed that I'd have to do so in person. I noted that I was coming from far away and wanted to reconfirm the price. Went to this dealer to look at a Jeep Cherokee. I didnt like the offer, no big deal everyone was pleasant during the process, no deal was made. 1 month later I am receiving letters from banks for a Dodge Ram that I didnt try to purchase. They are using my Information on loan applications that arent mine for other people. Whether it is accidental or intentional, identity theft is unacceptable no matter the circumstances. Called a couple times and waiting for a call back for some kind of resolution.

Security Dodge: Stay away. After some negotiating with a super friendly salesperson, I was quoted $299 by the Dealer Manager for a Renegade for my daughter. After four trips back and forth to the dealer, we went to pick up the car at 830pm only to be told they couldnt lease it to me for less than $318. Maybe $19 a month doesnt sound like much but that adds up to an extra $741 out of my pocket over the life of the lease. ***BUYER BEWARE*** Dishonest & deceptive sales tactics. Michelle S******, Paul L****, & TJ. I found a vehicle listed on ********** & requested info from the dealer about the vehicle. While waiting for a response I continued to shop around. They listed the vehicle on true car for the exact same price as auto trader($25,500). The ad they put on true car also had the dealer/reconditioning fee($795) & documentation fee($75). On May 13th, 2020, I visited Security Dodge and purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. At the time I noticed that the vehicle was missing a small plastic trim piece that was supposed to be located underneath the rear bench seat. I brought the issue to the attention of the dealership and they advised that the vehicle would be prepped by the dealership and the missing trim would be replaced prior to my picking up the vehicle on the 16th. Is bait and switch really still a thing. What a horrible experience we had recently at Security Jeep. We had been looking for a specific Jeep Wrangler for a while and spoke to someone from Security on the phone last Friday. She was very nice and worked up a price for us which was within our expectations. She even went and texted us a range for the price of the lease. Am very satisfied with Security Dodge, Johann and Shawn from the Service Department were not only attentive to my needs but resolved my issues in a timely manner. They are what true Customer Service is and I would recommend them to anyone I know. After getting such poor service from ******** Dodge Dealer, one I would NEVER recommend.

Called to make an appointment for service on a recall. I was transfer from one line to another. Then a young lady answered and I explained I need to make an appointment for a recall on my Jeep, she asked me if I brought the vehicle from them when I answered no.
