This place is HORRIBLE. I dropped my car off for the infotainment center to be reprogrammed after a battery swap due to a factory issue. And My jump cables, phone charger , car battery charging pack, and my tire pump where all STOLEN that's right STOLEN. Completely missing from my trunk and from inside my car. And I was told that no one went into my trunk. This place has the worst customer service care, not only of any car dealership but of any business I've ever encountered. I dropped my brand new Jeep off because the check engine light came on. 4 days go by with phone calls to them and they refused to call you back. They don't have loaners to give out and expect you to get a ride to rent a car from a third-party, where you have to lay the money out and wait for reimbursement. I purchased a car from this dealership end of March 2023. It should be noted that between the car purchased & my writing of this review, the car while in my possession, has gained less than 5k miles. December of 2023 my Certified PreOwned vehicle went into the shop to fix the fuel pump & rear differental. I received an URGENT SAFETY RECALL from Dodge Ram. I had to drive to Security Dodge because I got hung up on several times. At the location they took the recall info and told me someone would call me to schedule an appointment. 2 days later I followed up only to find out my visit was unrecorded, and was told because I did not purchase the vehicle from them, I would have to wait until May or June of ****!!! So the customer service and management is horrible. This is the 3rd time my wife has been there to take care of a matter and still no help. This dealership is like so many unprofessional and poor customer service. I dont believe they were awarded with a service award. They called her at work several times about todays appointment and she gets there and is waiting for over an hour. The last two times they had problems as well they had to postpone it. Leave a star review where is the negative stars?

As per the sales person i had who yelled out infront of everyone we can all blame it on ***** and this was in front of ******** whom ****** and didnt say anything this is so unprofessional. AVOID ***** ****** HE IS UNTRUSTWORTHY, DISREPECTFUL, AND A LIAR. I drove from 2 hours away to see a car. First of all the price the list is only for those that have bought from them before so tack on another 3k onto the list price.
