Overall, customer service was lacking in my experience with Secure Data Recovery. I had to initiate a majority of the phone calls, to check on the status of my case, emails that would take days to answer. I was promised a full recovery, paid a LOT of $, and the full recovery of my data didn’t happen. They then attempted to blame me for their shortcomings. Secure Data Recovery, you worked like a charm! My iMAC drive just quit working, and no amount of troubleshooting would make it boot. Secure Data looked great, and I could physically drop off my drive in my city instead of mailing it off. Stoked I didn’t lose the sentimental media from my youth.
I contacted them to see if I can get my data that I lost when I was looking behind my hard drive and accidentally tip it over which separated my flash drive. It took some time before I took the drive to the company to see if the information was recoverable. They were able to recover my data and I was surprise to see pictures that I have forgot were on my computer. It was a great relief to know my pictures were still available.
I can see why SDR gets the highest online ratings for this type of service. I was able to receive all of my data back from a crashed hard drive. I have learned my lesson and will be on top of backups from now on! Chris was my rep and really helped me out. I hope I never need this service again, but SDR is where I will turn if I do.
They did a very good job with recovering my data. This is the second time I have used them and will use them in the future.
