Had a external USB drive go bad. Called Secure Data Recovery and talked with Mitchel. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know from delivery to diagnostics and repair. Always promptly responded to any email/phone messages and followed up with me to insure the process went smooth. I liked how this company is committed to customer service with knowledgeable people. My hard drive died :( But Chris McMacken at Secure Data Recovery is the hero who saved the day (and my company info, my photos, my school papers, etc.) Excellent service, excellent communication. After returning from vacation, I inserted my compact flash card from my DSLR camera into the card reader. I had trouble getting it in and when I finally was able to get it inserted, the drive was not recognized. Great experience! My external hard drive was ruined and it has all my pictures from the past 4 years. I was crushed, I thought I would never see them again. But I found these guys and the whole process was really easy. I dropped it off, then got an estimate for the cost. Rob Anderson even helped me create a payment plan so I could afford it. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone who needs important data back.
Chris McMacken provided great support throughout entire recovery process. Although my external HD had serious damage, recovery was successful! Highly recommended
