My iPhone died after installing new software earlier in the year. I tried everything to revive the phone short of restoring it to factory settings. Working with Scott Moses, received immediate response to online request for assistance. SDR performed a quick assessment of damaged USB drive and was able to quickly and effectively recovery all the data. Submitted damaged drive to SDR and within a couple days had process to move forward to recover data. Within a week, was notified that a full recovery was completed. Could not have been an easier process. Beginning with the easy of use on their website, to constant communication via email providing status of process.
Rob was very helpful and responded my inquiries quickly despite my many emails. They were able to repair my micro SD card even though other data recovery places said it was unrecoverable. I would recommend them

I run a business from home and was sold a refurbished defective hard drive from a computer repair company after my old drive failed. I didn’t back up the data like I should have and my new drive failed. Come to find out the hard drive had damage to the parts inside so I was turned away from 2 computer repair shops that didn’t have the means to fix it.
