Extremely happy with my Secure Data Recovery experience!!! I lost both my Data NAS and my backup NAS, I was looking at a complete lose of almost 1TB of important documents, family pictures and family videos. Chris McMacken helped me as much as he could with recovering data from a coworkers damaged HDD, but the drive was too damaged for it. His customer service was still outstanding just the same. I would definitely recommend SDR to others in the future!
Amazing service and while expensive well worth the price! My wife's backup drive failed and of course it held the only baby pictures of our children. Chris McMacken was my guide though all the steps of my data recovery, my one contact point and he did a great job. These people do it right through all steps. Upfront about costs and expectations, customer service was perfect, i got updates regularly, ahead of schedule with the data recovery, AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, they were able to recover data that another recovery service said was unrecoverable. I was the lucky winner of an iPhone crash during routine update back in December. Great customer service and very professional!
Service was Extremely Professional. Need to improve on customer service. Some emails were answered sometimes almost a week later. No one answer the phone number during the whole process I wasn't able to contact anyone all communications were by email. But the final delivery of the data was awesome and professional.
