Secure Data did what they promissed and recovered deleted family slides from a thumb drive . Chris Mcmacken was great . Communicated extreemly well, and kept me updated throughout the whole process . He really made me feel comfortable. i highly recomend Secure Data recovery and Chris McMacken .

I'm presently working in Kabul, Afghanistan and the hard drive in my personal laptop had a mechanical failure. They were able to get basically all of my data off of the platters and transfer it all over to a solid state that I had mailed with the bad one. They were very quick and their shipping was lightning fast as compared to the rest of the mail I've gotten over here. Elijah went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and stayed informed on what was going on. Great job!!!

Secure Data was able to quickly recover my data and Chris always promptly responded to my inquiries and was very helpful. They were able to recover 100% of my data off of a failed Drobo. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Working Chris was very easy, and 99% of my data was recovered. The evening I lost all my data, I called Secure Data Recovery, and Chris calmed my nerves assuring me that he and his company could review my data loss situation (free) and offer a cost estimate to replace the data. Chris was very helpful through the entire process and made sure I was kept up to date on my hard drive getting fixed. Hard drive was 99% recovered, but the damaged files were easily re-downloaded. A bit expensive, but in the end it was worth the amount of data I would have lost.

Secure Data was great. They helped me through the whole process and recovered all that was possible. I was so grateful that they were able to recover promo videos for my entertainment business. Sure, there was a cost, but it was worth it.
