Michelle over at Public Storage (formerly SecureCare) is an exceptional employee! I have been storing with this location specifically for almost a year, she has worked through the company change she goes above and beyond for everyone, and I have always been treated with the upmost care and courtesy. Anything you need, even some outside of the box requests, are always handled seriously and with a sense of urgency, there should be a 6 stars option honestly!
Michelle is the first and only person to help me out with billing. She is amazing.
