We have a four bedroom, three bathroom, two living room and eat-in/full kitchen, with upstairs/downstairs. I wasn't at all sure what to expect with this cleaning service, but when I came home from work, I was amazed! I did a walk-through and checked hidden spots that I tend to forget to clean and I was pleased as punch to see all areas thoroughly cleaned! I went through several maid services (most national chains) and none of them had that special attention to detail. When I hired Secure-A-Maid that all changed. I have the same staff that shows up every other week and they are becoming like family. If there is something not quite right, they will come back until it is. The owner is very hands on and very committed to giving back to the community. Finally, I can count on things being right and not having to go back behind to inspect the work. THANK YOU Karen!!!

Any issues we've had have been handled quickly, professionally, and with complete kindness. We could not be happier. I have found them easy to work with and their attention to detail and their desire to do things the way that we like them, second to none.
