I’ve been with jay at Secret Formula Fitness for about 2 months already and I honestly have to say that it’s been a great experience. I am 65 years old and love jays personal training sessions. He is very helpful and motivates me a lot and works with me. He also customizes our workout to cater to my needs.. RESULTS ARE THE ONLY OPTION!!!!
Jay is absolutely great. He’s motivational and knowledgeable. He helps me push through my workout even when I want to quit. The facility is clean and the service is always professional. If your looking to get serious about health and fitness look no further. I highly recommend.
I love working with Jay, he is a great trainer! Just when I think I can't do it or have nothing left in me, he is there to cheer me on all the way! If the exercise seems too hard, never fear - Jay knows every modified version in the book and he takes no excuses... lol... almost 10 sessions in and I'm already noticing changes in my overall attitude, strength and endurance...I talk about my sessions so much, I even have my co-workers interested! I'm definitely signing up for more and anyone reading this should too!!
