Secret Formula Fitness is work lol but you will get results!!! Trainers are knowledgeable in the area of physical fitness and nutrition. Physically you will get your money’s worth, but they are motivational and encouraging. If you actually want results, I recommend using them.
Having just completed my third week at Secret Formula Fitness, I’m already down 16 pounds and my life has changed tremendously. My personal trainer, JayTheBody, has made my weight loss journey fun and enjoyable; and I’d recommend this group of skilled trainers to anyone, because it’s so rewarding!
Jay Fitness is just what I am looking for in a trainer and I have had several whom I've wasted my money on. He pushes me physically has faith in my progress and to my surprise is a nutritionist.
