Jay was very informative and helpful. I worked with him and I saw great results, well mannered, business orientated and friendly. He would follow up with me regularly just to keep me on track I just wish I could have continued unfortunately distance to get to him would be killer. He is truly awesome !!!

He Provides You With The Total Package; Meal Plan, Exercises That You Need To Do In The Gym And Your Personal Training Sessions. The Prices Are Great And The Quality Is Unmatched.
Secret formula fitness is a great place to go. So far I’m down 14 lbs and counting and it’s only been a month. Jay is an excellent trainer and really pushes you beyond your limits in order to achieve your goals. I definitely recommend going here.
Secret formula fitness is the best place to start your fitness journey. Jay is very knowledgable and provides an excellent meal plan and exercises to do to get the best results. He’s always available when you need to ask a question. Also, Jameal is a very skilled trainer, detailed and supportive. He knows how to make the workout challenging and fun.
