I started with Jay three months ago and I can honestly say HE’S AMAZING �� very good personal trainer. He delivers safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts. The biggest thing I love and always tell so many people about him is that he’s very supportive, and patient. Even when you feel like your about to give up his patience stimulates you and makes you feel so comfortable. I definitely will be signing up for more sessions after this contract is up.
I’ve been training with Bernard for 3 weeks now and I can definitely say that he’s amazing and effective. I was really out of shape when I started out and his guidance and determination to push you to your limit has helped make me stronger and has improved my cardio endurance. He also takes into account my knee issues when selecting exercises to ensure I don’t aggravate my knee issues. My name is Claudine Welch and I started with Jay almost 3 weeks ago. He’s very professional and the atmosphere for working out is excellent. I really like that there is never more than two clients per session and that each trainer is tune to their specific needs. My personal trainer is Bernard. Working with Jay has been great. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable & professional . Jay will push both your mental & physical limits to make sure you’re headed in the right direction to get the results you want. On top of that he provides a meal plan to make sure you’re eating right. Working with him has been a pleasure.

When I first met Jay he was training his clients at their home. Jay is a fantastic trainer. He caters to your needs. He gives you 100% of himself. He gives you a excellent meal plans, things you can do at home without him and was always available when I need to ask a question. So with that being said I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
