A medical office experience is not only about the doctor; it starts with the front desk- the front line. line. Lucy took the paperwork, and returned the insurance cards promptly with warmth and friendliness. Within 5 minutes ( we were early) Christine swiftly and deftly took our vitals with the same welcoming attitude. I met Dr. Seckler during the last week of December 2020 and I was very impressed! He has an easy personality and his overall approach very caring and personal. He had reviewed the extensive information that I had forwarded to him so we were able to get right down to business. He was very interested in what I had to say regarding past issues and was easily able to relate them to the present. Dr. Seckler was recommended to me by my NY cardiologist after we relocated to South Florida. I found Dr. Seckler to be extremely thorough with his questions and examination! He took his time with me and I felt like I was his only patient that day! I’m very happy and confident with Dr. Seckler!
Fantastic doctor, highly skilled, and I am 100% confident in his hands. Staff is as nice as could be and helpful, such a pleasure to have a great doctor and staff.
Everything about my visit was a positive experience, which is not something I am used to in Florida sadly. From the wait time, to the wonderful ladies at the desk, and of course Dr Seckler. He took his time, was extremely thorough and covered every base. I feel strongly that if there is anything to uncover health wise, he will find it. Amazing bedside manner, patient and kind!
Dr Seckler is a wonderful Doctor however his staff is awful! You can’t get through to talk to anyone and on the rare occasion that you do, the staff is very nasty and unwilling to help. Dr Seckler prescribed a particular medication for my wife that he felt was necessary. The medication needed a prior authorization form for insurance purposes. However, his staff refused to follow through with that paperwork and would not let my wife speak to Dr Seckler or the office manager. Once we became patients at another practice, the me... read more
I was referred to Dr. Seckler by a friend and was so pleased with the appointment. Dr. Seckler was very thorough in explaining various portions of my visit and learning my history. He also gave me a realistic picture of my patient care moving forward. Friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Thank you to the amazing staff for welcoming me to this office.
