Our ice cream company was started in 1984. The first location to open was in the Riverplace development and was named Fratelli, meaning brothers in Italian. The three brothers; Tim, Todd and Michael, were among the first to bring a super premium locally made ice cream to Minneapolis. The ice cream was, and still is, made in small batches to provide for the freshest product.
