Seaside Dermatology took care of my concerns in a very timely manner. They were very friendly and functioned in a very quick and professional manner. I would very highly recommended them to anyone.
I just want to Thank Dr. Gibson and her staff for a great experience from my 1st time visit. Very Positive and Professional. Dr. Gibson answered all my questions and concerns. And for the 1st time in over 4 years I'm feeling back to my old self again. Everything is clearing up quite nicely. I will gladly recommend Seaside Dermatology.
They were very pleasant to deal with. The patient information forms were very easy to fill out. We had a very good experience in the office.
We were late for our appointment due to traffic/weather. I tried to text the number that they had sent me an appointment reminder on to let them know and they said they never received it. When my 4 year old daughter and I arrived they had cancelled our appointment "cause they were going to lunch" and they couldn't reschedule until a few days later. I had just drove from North Myrtle to Murrells Inlet and missed 2 hours of work. Terrible Customer Service
After having a previous BAD experience at another dermatologist's office, I was hesitant to see any dermatologist. This office went above and beyond! I have been several times now and it has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at any doctors office each time. I highly recommend Dr. Gibson and her staff! They ROCK!
I had such a positive experience @ Seaside Dermatology. I had a few concerns which I wanted addressed. The New Patient paperwork was very easy and the office staff was very pleasant and helpful. My appointment was on time which is always a plus in my book. Dr. Gibson was very pleasant, calming and fully addressed my concerns. Would gladly recommend Seaside Dermatology.
I found the entire staff and Dr. Gibson to be very friendly and professional. After seeing the same Dermatologist for 15 tears before we moved I was totally "spoiled". I could not ask for a better experience than my appointment at Seaside Dermatology.
My wife and I are new patients and we were very pleased with the service and professional staff. Looking forward to a long term relationship.
