Was referred by my doctor. No problem waiting three months for a visit. How’re, was very discouraged when making the appointment by the office personnel. Advising me that I need authorization. I was referred through my PCM. The PCM is responsible for setting up the referral through my health insurance. Was told again I needed an authorization. How do authorize without knowing what procedure will be done. The referral covers the first office visit. That should be coordinated through the doctors. So thank you for calling me ab... read more

As a new patient, their check in process was smooth. I only waited a few minutes after checking in to be called back, the nurse was thorough and efficient, and Rachel was awesome! I asked a lot of questions and she never acted rushed or impatient. She sat with me, discussed my issues, and gave me a thorough exam. So glad I was referred to them!

The only downside was that I had to wait more than 3 months for my first appointment, even though I had a spot on my chest that I was worried about (ended up just going to my primary doc for that). I went for a skin check, my first visit, last week. The staff and Dr. Gibson were great and I was actually taken early, probably because it was an early morning appointment.. Hopefully now that I am an established patient, I won't have to wait long when I need an appointment.

I recently had an appointment @ Seaside over an issue that had landed me in the emergency room on 3 occasions. Some of the staff were fine however, I know my body & I felt as though that did not matter, it was a very robotic visit. At the end of my visit I was told to reschedule an appt. if this injection did not clear up the swelling and I would be seen immediately. I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the lobby. The doctor, physicians assistant, and nurses were professional, prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean, modern, and I love how their technological devices made everything more efficient during my appointments. The most recent procedure I had looks so much better than work I've had done elsewhere. I know I will heal and the scar will be nearly invisible. I am thankful for these women and thi... read more
